Situated in a quiet estate within is the two-storey town house. Phiola's Luxury apartment is located 10 mins walk from the shop rite circle mall and 15 minutes drive to Victoria island. There are plentiful shops, restaurants close to the property. A 24 hours supermarket is 10 minutes walk away. Lekki Conservation Center is 5km s from the accommodation, while Lekki Conservation Center Bird Hide is 3.1 miles away.Two of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and masters with a king size bed. The living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV.There are also flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and plentiful storage within fitted wardrobes. The living room has an L shaped sofa and dining area. The fully equipped kitchenette includes washing machine, hob, combination oven and fridge-freezer. The masters bathroom has a full size bathtub with separate shower and free toiletries. All Guests benefit from a balcony, an outdoor pool and all the spaces in the apartment are air conditioned.
