The living room opens onto the south facing balcony with outside table and chairs. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils, with built in cupboards, electric oven and gas hob, fridge w/ small freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and full crockery. Hallway leads to bathroom, complete with single basin and bath with shower. Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. With access to balcony connecting with the living room.
