Up the steps to the first floor (no lift), the staircase is private and only gives access to the flat.

The main door opens onto the hallway leading to the very light and airy living room, furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas. The living room opens onto the south facing balcony with outside table and chairs.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils, with built in cupboards, electric oven and gas hob, fridge w/ small freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and full crockery.

Hallway leads to bathroom, complete with single basin and bath with shower.

Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. With access to balcony connecting with the living room.

Private parking space available for this flat only.
