Each apartment has a private terrace, garden furniture, a parasol, and a wonderful view of the landscape. Comfortably, brightly, and friendly furnished with largely natural materials such as wood and cotton, an alternative has been created whose focus is nature. Therefore, in a separate, externally accessible room, there is a communal microwave and washing machine. Similarly, the covered barbecue area with several built-in BBQs, tables, and chairs is gladly used to make contacts and let the day end with a view of the wonderful garden and landscape. A path leads to the naturally located round pool above, which is kept clean through a filter system without chemicals, with pool cleaning performed at least once a week. Dog lovers (please only dogs up to a maximum of 25kg) can bring their pet upon request; we will provide a bowl and dog basket if desired. The village of Barão Saõ João, known and popular among people interested in a nature-oriented life, is located about a 10-minute walk away. There are village shops with local products, cafés, restaurants, and a pleasant atmosphere. A central point for residents is the nearby "Mata do Barão", an extensive, very beautiful pine forest, perfect for hikes and walks to explore the surrounding area.
