Downstairs is a 4th double bedroom, along with a bathroom, kitchen and a large living area. From the front of the property, there are fantastic views over Lagos and the bay (hence Bayview).The villa is 175 m² and sits on a lovely plot with immaculately maintained gardens to both the front and rear of the property. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.Just behind the house is a large communal swimming pool with free access. There is also a new indoor spa, with gym and indoor swimming pool. Access is free. The resort also provides many other activities including Golf, Tennis and Archery. All activities are available at discounted rates.Outside, the accommodation has outdoor garden furniture and terrace. Equipment indoors, includes an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and a hairdryer.
