Lagos Apartment
The property had a number of issues and the Management Company were poor.
The kitchen had no work surface or table in which to prepare food.
There was a smell in the apartment.
There was no warm bedding.
There was no heating in the bathrooms.
The balcony was NEVER in the sunlight, this should be clearly stated if advertised in the UK.
There was no English TV,; there were instructions on how to make this work but after repeated phone calls and a maintenance person turning up we were told that we had not PAID for English TV. Again, this should be clearly advertised on a UK website.
There was no comfortable seating on the balcony.
The apartment was sparsely furnished; the bedroom had absolutely no seating or dressing table or any way to sit and do hair/make-up,etc.
The tiled floors were cold and needed some rugs.
There was a complete lack of information or instructions in the apartment; for example, how to get into the swimming pool, where the bins are,etc etc.
The shower heads were fixed not adjustable.
There were no pillow cases for the spare pillows so we could not use them.
