Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment. Located in Carvoeiro, one of the best areas in the Algarve and just minutes from stunning beaches, Villa Renaissance is a magnificent property with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, perfect for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, all with air conditioning. This floor also includes a kitchen with all utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed indoors or outside. The open-plan dining and living room creates a cosy atmosphere, with a large dining table and comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there’s an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. Outside, the pool is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to relax under the Algarve sun. There are also 2 outdoor dining areas and a barbecue for al fresco meals. \*HEATED POOL IN 2026!\* The property offers parking for up to 4 cars. Come experience the best of the Algarve at Villa Renaissance, the perfect setting for your next holiday. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. The house is spacious and ideal for families or groups, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. We especially loved the pool and outdoor dining areas, perfect for warm Algarve evenings. The villa is close to the beach and other attractions, making it a great base for exploring. We had an amazing time at Villa Renaissance! The villa is well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. It has beds for 8 people I assume if it’s 10 the 2 if you are on the couch. That said the dining table as well as the outside table is for 6 people at best. The property cleanliness wasn’t great, we had to clean the inside of the wardrobes and drawers before we could use them as they were dusty. We have come to the alfarbe for the past 4 years and tia is certainly the worst property we have stayed at but the most expensive. Previously we stayed in Vila moura, we will certainly be heading back tat way next year. Also location is not great, you have to drive everywhere and no close shops or beaches. ##### Sonia D.
