Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedoch ohne Klimaanlage – bei 27 °C Innentemperatur war erholsames Schlafen kaum möglich. Die Küche liegt fensterlos in der Mitte der Wohnung, das Bad hat ein durchsichtiges Fenster direkt zur Restaurantterrasse – Privatsphäre gleich null. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung dadurch oft dunkel. Das zweite "französische Doppelbett" entsprach eher einer Schlafcouch. Im Außenbereich zeigte sich Vernachlässigung: Der Innenhof war ungepflegt, Gartenmöbel verschmutzt, der Sonnenschirm unbrauchbar, ein Liegestuhl nicht nutzbar. Unter der Treppe lagen Abstellreste. Technisch gab es mehrere Mängel: kaputter Duschkopf (wurde immerhin schnell ersetzt), wackeliger Küchenhocker, loser Toilettensitz, schlecht gereinigter Duschabfluss. Unangenehm waren auch rauchende Küchenmitarbeiter direkt vor dem Fenster und muffiger Geruch. Positiv: Die Wohnung war innen sauber, es gab gute Betten und frische Handtücher. Die Agentur war zunächst sehr präsent und hilfsbereit, gegen Ende jedoch nicht mehr erreichbar. Fazit: Schöne Einrichtung, aber zu viele Mängel.
