This wonderful 3 bed villa has been beautifully designed. The interior is very spacious with many luxurious features. The master bedroom has a balcony which has glorious views over the swimming pool, gardens and sea, and has an en suite bathroom which is of a very good size with a separate shower and twin basins. There are two further bedrooms - one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor both having en suites. The kitchen is very spacious with a dining area and breakfast bar and patio doors open onto the garden. The beautifully furnished sitting room with a flat screen tv and freesat, two sofas and separate chairs is double aspect with side patio doors onto the terrace. All windows are fitted with fly screens and the house has air conditioning in bedrooms. Outside the large - 12 metre heated salted swimming pool (optional heating) is surrounded by large well maintained gardens and is absolutely stunning. The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.
