CASA FORTUNA

is a spacious, two-story villa facing southeast, situated in a very quiet and private location, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Carvoeiro, the Benagil Caves, and all amenities.

The property is secured by an electric gate. From here, a paved driveway leads to the villa’s main entrance.

On the ground floor is the entry hall with a pellet stove, which opens onto the open-concept living area featuring a separate TV room and dining room. Both the living room and the TV room are equipped with fireplaces.
The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a spacious kitchen equipped with a large gas stove, two ovens, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, and a kitchen island. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The kitchen opens onto a shaded patio, and the spacious, covered outdoor terrace with seating is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.

On the upper floor, which you reach via a staircase secured with a child safety gate, you’ll find a loft as well as two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed, a marble heated floor, and built-in closets. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, infrared heating, and a towel warmer.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and infrared heating.
Both bedrooms have access to a shared terrace—from here, a staircase leads up to the small rooftop terrace.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fly screens. There is a solar water heating system as well as satellite TV.

Right next to the villa is a shaded outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue, ideal for social barbecue evenings and outdoor meals.

The outdoor area also features a spacious, covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as additional seating. From here, a stone staircase leads down to the pool area, which is furnished with sun loungers. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 x 15 m.

The villa is surrounded by a natural garden with a garden pond. By the pond, you’ll find a shaded pergola and seating—the perfect spot to rest and relax.

The spacious driveway offers parking for several vehicles.

There are security cameras on the property; however, they are turned off and disconnected during the rental period.
