The house has been fully renovated and is modern, bright and airy. It has a large rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, barbecue area and lovely vistas of the Ocean and surrounding area. Only 250 metres from the beach and a couple of minutes walk from the town square, Casa Ayla has everything you need right on your doorstep. Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, boat trips, watersports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving and cliff walking illustrates that Carvoeiro has something for everyone. The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with sliding doors opening onto a south west facing balcony and 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and TVs. The apartment has air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and cable TV. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is a designated parking space for the house. However, please note that the parking space (3.2m x 3.45m) is only suitable for a mini / micro car Tourist tax Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax.
