3-bedroom Villa with private swimming pool

  • Beautiful villa featuring fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 master bedroom with direct access to first bathroom, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom; outside: garden, private swimming pool, barbecue, terrace. The villa is protected with an alarm system and a safe is available for the guests in one of the bedrooms.
    Towels - changed every 3/4 days - and bed sheets - changed once a week - available in the villa. Beach towels, chairs, body boards and playthings (swim rings, beach buckets, shovels, balls, rackets, etc.) are available to the guests. Baby items (high chair, crib) or extraordinary item can be available upon request and cost, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Surrounded by nature, the villa is just 2 kms away from the beach and with 6 golf courses within a 10 kms radius. The villa can be appreciated at all times throughout the year by families and golf players.

Nice quiet place in the country

The property was great with plenty of room. After spending the previous few days in downtown Lisbon, the privacy, the quiet, and the views were amazing. The bedrooms were a little musty so we needed to air them out, but everything else was fine.

Lovely, quiet location, great villa

Really enjoyed my stay, Sophie provided loads of useful information before I arrived which was much appreciated! The house is in a great location, a short driving distance from supermarkets etc., but extremely calm and restful. Great (big) pool, everything you need in the villa too. Totally recommend it!

Die Villa hat eine schöne Alleinlage und einen großen Pool. Über einen Trampelpfad erreicht man den Ort Porches zum Einkaufen oder zum Restaurant Besuch. Wir sind alle sehr zufrieden.

Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf ik dit mooie huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft veel mooie terrassen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het zwembad is heerlijk! Kortom: een fantastische plek om te genieten van het mooie Algarve!

Fijn huis op mooie, rustige locatie.

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Lekker rustig, geen buren, dus heerlijk vrij. Het huis is enigszins gedateerd, niet overdreven luxueus, maar het benodigde is aanwezig. Een fijn en schoon zwembad. Helaas werd het 's avonds ( begin november) wel koud in het huis en de twee kleine elektrische kacheltjes hielpen niet veel. De open haard hebben we niet gebruikt.

Kleiner Schatz im nirgendwo

Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und hatten alles was man brauchte. Es gab zwei mal Probleme mit dem Wasser aber auch um dieses Problem wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Es ist sehr ruhig dort (wenn nicht gerade das Oktoberfest in dem Biergarten ist 😂😂😂😂) und der Pool ist großartig! Definitiv das Highlight ☺️ danke Sophie für dieses schöne Haus - wir kommen wieder

Einfache Ausstattung, super Kamin, der uns gerettet hat; da sonst nur Miniradiator fürs Schlafzimmer vorhanden, somit im Winter nur für „ Camping geprüfte“ … Bäder sehr kühl , Küche gut ausgestattet, Betten solala… insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort ohne Nachbarn mit schönem Pool, der natürlich im Jänner zu kalt war, aber einen schönen Anblick von der Terasse bot…. Auto erforderlich… empfehlenswert….

21 jours de vacances dans cette villa Au bout du deuxième jours lave vaisselle en panne. Il n a jamais été réparer Problème de fuite dans les WC. Obligé de appeler encore un technicien Filet de eau dans les lavabo et pas d eau chaude dans un Beaucoup de déboires avec l électricité et le plomberie Par contre nous remercions beaucoup Nema pour sa gentillesse et son aide qu elle nous a apporté

Une superbe villa dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Portugal grâce aux propriétaires de la villa. We enjoyed the villa to have a friend's vacation and it was incredible days. The house was super clean and the spaces are quite pleasant for 6 people. The outdoor space with the pool is great and we feel a lot of privacy. We highly recommend this villa!

Had a great stay! The only disadvantage is that you need a car to go somewhere, because the villa is quite isolated. However, that has been no problem at all and we really enjoyed staying here!

Não se pode aceitar que o frigorífico esteja desligado. Chegámos, frigorífico, congelador, desligados. Só ficaram a funcionar como deve ser à noite. Levávamos comida, bebida, frescos, além de que a minha mulher está grávida.

Top Lage mit ein paar Mängeln

Schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage. Absolut ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Die Beschreibung passt jedoch nicht mehr so genau (wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren schon einmal in der Villa). Es gab keinerlei Kinderspielzeug. Wir waren 9 Tage da. In der Zeit kam keiner putzen, es wurden auch keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche gewechselt (vielleicht auch wegen Covid. Wir haben keine Info dazu bekommen. Uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört). Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. die Tür war abmontiert und nicht da (wegen Covid?). Das wäre schön gewesen vorab zu wissen, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben. Um den Pool herum lag Müll. Auch der Pool wurde in der Zeit nicht gereinigt. Das haben wir selbst gemacht. Die Küchenutensilien und die Küche selbst sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles da und für uns hat es gereicht. Insgesamt ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen und hätte an einigen Stellen Überholungsbedarf. Trotz allem ist sie wunderschön und hat eine unschlagbare Lage. Wen das alles nicht stört, der genießt einen tollen Aufenthalt, so wie wir. :-)

Une maison parfaite pour tout!

C’est une maison parfaite a tous points de vue. Pour la localisation en Algarve, pour tous les équipements qui sont parfaits, pour le confort de la place, moi j’ai adoré. Dommage que nous avons du quitter plus tot que prévu a cause de la pandémie du covid 19. Nous reviendrons cest certain....Merci pour tout.

Superbe situation d'une villa confortable

La villa est un peu isolée, en pleine nature et à 1200 mètres d'un petit village, on a pu se promener tranquillement en partant à pied de la maison, c'etait très agréable, nous ramassions des pieds de vigne morts pour faire de supers barbecues. L'annonce est fiable, la laison agreable à vivre avec tous les équipements nécessaires, le menage est fait chaque semaine et le linge de maison changé chaque semaine, La region est magnifique En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour
