This hotel was phenomenal. The service was incredible, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We didn't speak Portuguese, and they made personalized menus for us each morning so we could see the food options. Contrary to some other comments, we found the prices clearly marked, and there was no unexpected charges. The staff helped us coordinate transportation, and made sure we had an exceptional time visiting the city. The venue was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We highly recommend.

Great experience. The hotel is quiet, beautiful and staff very corteous. The room is huge and bedding very comfortable. The only one cons was the bad smell coming from the toilet drain. Other then that, great stay!
