Although the rooms are small compared to what we are used to, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is excellent with walking distance to the train station. It is conveniently located in city center making it very easy to walk to most of the iconic sites one would want to visit in Rome. There are many restaurants in shops nearby.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

Great renovation of the facilities. Lovely room with private patio. Very well laid out and provisioned.
Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, anticipating needs and offering great help and suggestions.
Cleaning staff and room service were exceptional - great service.
You can tell when a facility is run well and the staff are happy and motivated - this was a wonderful stay in our visit to Rome.
Location was great - near the Opera and great restaurants, walkable to Trevi, Pantheon, and Borghese.
