The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. The room was less than what we expected. Needs freshened up. Lots of staining on walls,air conditioning not working properly and the washroom was small. We left a day early and did not stay out second night that was already prepaid. When we checked out we explained why we were leaving early(without requesting any refunds) I let the lady at the desk know that we drank 2 bottles of water from the mini bar. She expressed her sympathy for our discontent and acknowledged the property was in need of repairs and proceeded to charge us for the 2 bottles of water!! I guess customers satisfaction does not exist anymore. I was in customer service for many years in my younger days and I would have made a small gesture at that point and offered the water complimentary with an apology. It’s not the money it’s the loss of customer gratitude. The room was not cheap and we did not even ask for any monies in return and you still thought to charge for the waters!!! I have attached image of the ceiling above the bed

The apartment I stayed in was so spacious and comfortable. The building looks brand new and it’s tastefully decorated. Two blocks away from the old bazaar and the main road. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. The host is so kind, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this property! I will definitely stay here again.

"mooi gelegen, supervriendelijke medewerkers, vooral achter de receptie. Enige aandachtspunt is dat het handig zou zijn als de douche wat meer afgesloten zou zijn, zodat niet de halve badkamer kletsnat wordt. De douche is wel heel erg fijn overigens!"
