Could not connect bedroom tv to watch the college World Series. Should be more keurig coffee for a room with 10 people. Standard checkout should be 11:30 instead of 10:00 for the price you pay.

Our stay was phenomenal. The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and comfy, and the hotel smelled very fresh like cleaning supplies. Jeremy checked us in around 3.30pm and he was very helpful and informative. Later that evening the shifts changed and I think Roman was at the front desk (white guy big jacket) I was told he’s the supervisor. He was not very friendly nor was he welcoming. A total shift from the previous staff. Also another suggestion I would have is they need bigger TV’s in the room. Our TV wasn’t even a 32 inch. If this property would send their supervisor through customer service training, get bigger TV’s, and add a pool it would be a 10 out of 10 property.
