Enjoy this beautifully designed 3BR home in the heart of Lafayette, steps from top dining, shopping, and on the Mardi Gras route. As you arrive, the door straight ahead under the carport leads to the laundry room, but you’ll enter the home through the left door with the electronic lock. Walking in, you step into the kitchen where you’ll find hooks to hang your coats or belongings, a small table for your smaller items, and a chair. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove for the best cooking, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a double undermounted sink, and beautiful granite countertops that are sure to aww you.

If you walk out the right side of the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area and the back door that leads to the spacious covered patio. The patio includes a table and chairs for four, a fan, an outdoor lounge sofa, two additional chairs, and string lights for the perfect mood. The backyard is a good size for the kids to explore and play, and there’s also a picnic table for enjoying a meal outside when the weather is right, though the yard is not fully fenced.

Going back inside and to the other side of the kitchen is the nice-sized living area with a full couch for 3–4 people, a comfy chair, and two more cushioned chairs, seating 6–7 comfortably. There is also a TV for streaming and a shelf with reading materials and games perfect for everyone.

At the back of the living area, you’ll find the hall that leads to all the rooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a yoga mat. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a box fan. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, a TV, and a personal desk. Each room includes spacious closets with hangers. Around the corner is a specially designed workstation perfect for anyone traveling for work, which is also where the WiFi is located. At the end of the hall is the full bath with a shower/tub combo.

The front of the house is cute with nice landscaping and parking for 2–3 vehicles depending on size. During Mardi Gras, this house is the place to be—just a few steps to the end of the road is the parade route, giving you a front-row seat every time. And when the parades are over, there’s no traffic or long waits—you can simply walk back home and enjoy the rest of your night. This truly is the spot to be in Lafayette.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there`s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! You will have the place to yourself which allows you more privacy and convenience.

1. Quiet Hours of 10pm - 8am

2. MUST BE age 21 or older to book.

3. Please No indoor smoking of vape, cigarettes, or illegal drugs.

4. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR INVITING OTHERS to the house. If others are invited without permission of the host, guests will pay $35 dollars per extra guest and may even be asked to vacate.

5. Late checkouts must be approved by host.
An hour late past checkout $50 fee
After two hour late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day`s base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee.)

If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors you will be responsible for a $150 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).
