Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly except one guy named Jacob at it restaurant/bar area. He seemed to have a problem that night. Other than that this is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, beds are comfortable and in a great location. Will be back again.

Very clean room and facilities! The room was very spacious (we had a 1 king bed room) and designed to be very homey. The lazy river and slide were the highlight for my husband and 6 year old, spent all day there with poolside food service. The lagoon was beautiful and clean, and it’s probably best for toddlers or families who want some quiet calm swim time (whereas the lazy river and slide area are more exciting). One tip about the lagoon—id say about 40% of it is roped off as a swim area near the shore, while the rest of it is for rental boating only, so my high energy 6 year was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t swim out far into the lagoon. That being said it’s a beautiful spot to relax and have some peace and quiet.
