With modern amenities, stunning lake views, a day dock and a prime location, it's the ultimate retreat for couples and families who love to swim, ski, boat, snowmobile, fish and.....explore all the Lakes Region has to offer.  
  
Our 2 bedroom new construction and luxury condo is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures, concert experiences, and culinary explorations in this vibrant lakeside community in Paugus Bay at Lake Winnipesaukee.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting decor of your new condo. The quaint living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, with comfortable seating and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and sleek granite countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.  
  
Both bedrooms feature luxurious bedding and plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and unwind during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.  
  
Outside, the private patio offers a private and serene spot, making it the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or read a book with your favorite drink.  
  
When you're ready to explore, you'll find that our condo is ideally located for all of your favorite activities. Take a short drive to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for live music and concerts, or head to nearby Weirs Beach for swimming, boating, and fishing. And when it's time to eat, you'll find a plethora of local restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, serving up delicious meals made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.  
  
Aside from a locked closet for owner storage, the entire rental is available for your enjoyment.  
  
Although we won't be there to welcome you personally, we are a message away and have local teammates to help with anything you may need.  
  
Located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, our home is situated in a picturesque neighborhood that's perfect for anyone who loves outdoor recreation, stunning views, and lively entertainment. Known as "The Weirs," this area is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.  
  
During the summer months, The Weirs is home to a bustling boardwalk filled with shops, restaurants, and arcades, as well as a large public beach and a marina that offers boat rentals and tours of the lake. The Weirs Beach Drive-In Theater also offers a unique outdoor movie experience that's perfect for a romantic night out or a fun family outing.  
  
In the winter, The Weirs transforms into a winter wonderland, with skiing and snowboarding at nearby Gunstock Mountain Resort, as well as snowmobiling, ice fishing, and more. And throughout the year, The Weirs is a hub for live entertainment, with concerts and events at venues like the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion.  
  
Despite its lively atmosphere, our neighborhood and our new home offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Lakes Region. Nestled in a quiet and wooded area, this property offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, as well as easy access to hiking, biking, and other outdoor adventures. We stayed here for a Gunstock ski trip and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked, clean..we had everything we needed and more. Darryl was super helpful and communicative. When I had questions, he responded immediately. The location was great for skiing but would be great for a summer trip too. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

#### Beautiful brand new rental in great location 

My family of 3 loved this rental, as it was stocked with everything you need and in a great location. With the private dock, my family fished morning and night and we were so close to everything. We rented a pontoon boat for the day which was right near us, went to many great restaurants nearby. There was coffee, towels, Linens, kayaks, and it was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, and was super easy process, would stay again!

This is probably the best VRBO rental we have enjoyed and we have stayed in quite a few over the years! Everything including pricing, communication, check in, cleanliness, supplies was handled efficiently and professionally. The view of the lake and the dock on the lake are fabulous. So nice to have a cocktail and relax in the breeze coming across the lake. The location is perfect for exploring the Winnipesaukee and Squam Lakes region. And to top everything off, the two story cottage is designed beautifully, decorated tastefully and just as lovely as it can be!We’d stay again for sure!

Love this place!!! As a mom, I felt I was at my own home. Living with a 2yo, you need four eyes at all times. This house was safe enough for me to feel confident that my son was safe at all times. Location! We couldn't have picked a better place:) We were pretty much close enough to everything in town. Restaurants, main street, supermarkets, shopping centers, gas stations, diners, coffee shops, etc. First time in Laconia, first time in NH! It is Cold in December! but this beautiful home made up for the cold outside. Also, I have to say that Darryl was reliable at all times. We check-in very late at night. We had a question about the lock and Darryl replied right away. We liked Laconia! there were plenty of activities to go to during this time of the year. I got to feel the Christmas spirit everywhere we went! People in general were so friendly kind and helpful.The view to the lake-- Beautiful! I enjoyed the sunsets while seating in the living room. All in all, our plan is to come back to this same place during spring/summer. My husband, myself and my 2yo had an amazing time in this house. We are thankful for the experience 3

Toll Unterkunft , alles neuwertig , tolle Lage , im Haus gab es alles was man braucht . Die Betten waren ein Traum.Besonders haben uns die gratis Kajaks gefallen . Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat Tipps für die Gegend gegeben . Wir können es bestens empfehlen.
