I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Very pretty lobby area, however what they fail to mention when you book the room is they charge your card $150 deposit for incidentals! Not a huge problem for some but for others it could be very inconvenient to have that money unavailable for you to use. They say it will be returned to you at check out but we are still waiting!!!!!!
Rooms were spacious however you can tell they tried to update on a budget and corners were cut and the water does not get hot in the shower. It served its purpose for a place to sleep but not much else. They do not offer a continental breakfast but like every thing else you can pay even more money to eat there, their own staff discouraged us from eating in the on site restaurant!
