This hotel is beyond beautiful, and the staff are EXCELLENT. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. This is the best hotel I've every stayed at! My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street.

Left crappy Sonesta which was so old and dirty and found this place to try and salvage trip.
Lugged everything on over.
Took loss at Sonesta.
Liked hot tub and room but the selfish lady above me was ao loud active after 11 pm to 7 am and I couldn't get another room or even a downgrade ro not have any selfish inconsiderates above me!
Barely slept last nite and when my cab was coming ultra early!
They need to tell guests to be way more kind and polite and have signage!
Nobody at desk before 9 am or after the afternoon to address stuff to!
Was so peed last night and banging the wall for quiet 4 times did nothing. Am glad I didn't go up and tell her to just shut up for crying out loud. Would have been mad at myself if so.
Some guests are just dumb and so ignorant to others!

Such a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful with the most spectacular sunrises we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed the spotless home with amazing views across the entire back of the home. We crabbed off the pier for fun. Laura was amazing and made sure our stay was perfect!
