Hotel serves an excellent full buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Room was clean, tidy and functional. Bed was very comfortable but could have used a few more pillows for sleeping. Bathroom was nicely decorated and clean. Lots of liquid soap, body wash, etc and plenty of towels. Personally, I would have like some bar soap to use at the sink. Location of hotel is handy if you wish to walk to the CN Tower, Ripley's, Union Station, etc. Staff at the door, reception and breakfast room were all very courteous and helpful. We will certainly stay there again!

The rooms are beautifully designed. The service is impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Terry and I had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton Hotel this past Saturday night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true luxury retreat, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food—everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. A highlight of my stay was the facial at the spa , which was relaxing and expertly done. It added an extra layer of indulgence to an already memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend The Hazelton Hotel to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
