Rooms are clean, staff wasn’t really helpful and friendly. When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room

Hotel was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The private spa area that you could reserve was very nice. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping, great restaurants and site seeing as well as walking distance to the opera house.

Easy check in, they even had storage because i arrived 5 hours early. My only suggestion would be for the pods to have another light setting, it was either dark or super bright, a dimmer switch would have been nice.
