Accueil chaleureux et très convivial.

Nous apprécions beaucoup l'accueil et le service de ce Relais lors de nos passages à Lacaune pour y rencontrer notre famille. Il est vrai que nous n'y séjournons que rarement lors de nos retours de Toulouse vers Nîmes.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town of Lacaune, with free public parking in the square across the road. Lacaune is well-placed for touring the region, and the locally-produced charcuterie has a deserved reputation. From the outsidw the hotel is nothing special, but inside the building's 19th century character has been preserved on the ground floor, which features a comfortable wood-panelled bar, as well as the dining room, and a period wooden staircase leading to the bedrooxms ( there is a lift as well!) The restaurant offers excellent value for money, with a 3 course dinner at 19 euro, including a selection of the local charcuterie. Our double room was small, but well-equipped, and the bathroom had clearly been recently modernised. Staff at check-in, check-out, and in the dining room at dinner and breakfast were friendly and attentive.

La perfection n’est pas de ce monde

Le lieu a du charme celui du temps passé. Excepté la cuisson du pavé de bœuf noirci en surface et tendre à cœur et son accompagnement de pdts sautées tristes, le séjour est agréable et hors du temps. Une équipe de jeunes de l´ecole hôtelière pour le service et un patron très actif. Un goût de « j’y reviendrai «  sans problème.

Trois nuit au relais de fusies. Accueil et personnels très sympathiques et efficaces. Propreté des chambres et literie correctes. Rangement nombreux. Baignoire peu accessible et glissante.. Décoration générale kitch avec de beaux matériaux qui nécessiteraient une mise en valeur... dans son jus... Restauration : bon rapport qualité prix avec effort dans le service et la présentation des plats et serveurs très agréables.

Bien accueil très agréable

Present simplement pour une nuit à Lacune, avec une arrivée tardive, le séjour a été court. L'hôtel et très bien, le côté ancien est très bien, ce qui est dommage cest le style de la chambre et sa rénovation qui ne va pas forcément super bien avec l'hôtel. Cependant c'est très subjectif. Un bon séjour et un très bon accueil.

Tout se serait très bien passé si la chambre n'avait pas été complètement polluée par l'odeur du tabac froid ! Pour une chambre non fumeur, c'est inadmissible et incompréhensible que lors du ménage on ne fasse rien pour y remédier...dommage !

belle étape au charme surrannée

Un bel hotel ancien relais de diligence qui a su garder son charme un peu désuet mais en ayant un confort tres acceptable. Le personnel est charmant et tres serviable meme a des heures tardives. La fete de lacaune qui a eu lieu les memes dates de notre séjour ne nous a pas génée du tout. La réception proposait au cas ou des bouchons d'oreille. Excellent petit déjeuner tres complet. A recommander pour la région.
