Pleasant nice little house looking onto the forest, in border of a wood of pines,without an opposite construction, distant from 800 m to the town centre ( accessible by the road, by the cyclable track or by the foot path )distant from 1,1km to the sea, distant from 2 km to the lake .Being convenient for parents,who have young children, who can play in wood and on who the parents keep an eye from the terrace at the south. Dogs accepted; close every where. The place of parking is in front of the door and is good to bring home food. The fridge and the freeze are big; On the mezzanine:sleep and baggages.. The mezzanine allows bedding and to lay down luggage for instance. Many cyclables tracks trough the wood and the dunes allow,in this place of the littoral, a contact with the nature whereas it often rains in the south. Lacanau-Ocean is a villegiature place in which the courtesy of people is appreciable. About my love for LACANAU-OCEAN: I love LACANAU-OCEAN on the south Atlantic sea with the immenses hot beachs and my nice little house in border of a wood of pines, without an opposite construction, distant from 800m to the town center accessible by road, by the cyclable track or by the foot path, from 1,1km to the sea, from 2km to the lake. Slats(latthes)are setted to the beach I love this town with its surfchampion, shwimmaster on the beach, a golf and a casino, with differents beachs(where we go by car -a lot of parkingplaces-by bicycle, to foot) In building plot in LACANAU it's the security. About my love for my house My pleasant little house looking onto forest of pines has not an opposite construction. The sunset is wonderfull between the pines It's enjoyable on the long sommernights. Lodgers can thake your lunch on the terrace on the north. There is a good airing thanks to 2 doors and there are 2 terraces on the north, on the south; It's a good insulation, a good heating and a good ventilation. My house inside is new, a new kitchen with cupboards ;the owners and the lodgers are happy in my house. All we have need is in my house. The style comes from " Les Landes" Acces to the north: little tilled roof to hang out linien. About my love for my district My house in this quarter is quiet,calm in the natur, near of the town(800m); we need 10 minutes to foot to go to the center of the town. My house can not be flooded. We ca'nt see our neighbours on the right and on the left My house is builted in the first line of houses just on border of the wood of pines , without an opposite construction. It's a quiet, resourceful place. Those houses have been bought on plan and have many avantages:natur, quiet, place of parking in front of the door and proximity from the town. The Résidence "Le Bidaou" is good keeped by a landscape gardener. The dust-bin building is correct. Das Haus war ein niedliches älteres Häuschen für Menschen mittlerer Größe geeignet. Unser Bett stand in einem Bereich, in dem wir nicht aufrecht stehen konnten, was manchmal recht anstrengend war. Kleines Bad, kleine Küche und kleiner eingezäunter Garten waren für unsere Ansprüche genau das Richtige. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und sind immer zum Strand und in die Stadt geradelt. Oubliez si vous êtes grand. Le jardinet est tout entier sur la photo et juste derrière les arbres il y a quand même une des routes les plus fréquentées de Lacanau. Les listes pour le ménage fleurissent partout à se demander si on arrive bien en vacances , le top étant la photo dégoûtante de bonde sale sur la paroi de douche. Bref jamais plus. ##### ELIANE D. Wir (4 junge Männer, 22 Jahre alt), hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Lacanau-océan. Wir kommen hier seit vielen Jahren zum surfen her und sind jedes mal begeistert von diesem Ort. Dieses Jahr hausierten wir im Ferienhaus von Mdm. Viemont. Die Einrichtung ist, wie auf den Bildern bereits zu erkennen war sehr rustikal. Es war wie eine kleine Zeitreise als wir durch die Tür kamen. Dies ist aber keineswegs negativ zu sehen, das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und einen hohen Wohlfühlcharakter. Für uns 4 hatte es eine annehmbare Größe und die Ausstattung, inklusive 2! Kühlschränke, war perfekt abgestimmt. Die Lage hätte kaum besser sein können, in maximal 10 Gehminuten ist man am Strand und im Ortskern. Die Ferienanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Hier trifft man vor allem kleinere Familien. Der Kontakt vor Ort (M. Planet) und Frau Viemont sind sehr nette, flexible und höfliche Leute. Der Kontakt war stets angenehm, herzlich und professionell. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Sprachkenntnisse der beiden. Abschließend bleibt noch zu erwähnen: Um mit 4 Erwachsenen 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus zu verbringen, braucht es etwas an Organisationstalent, aber dann ist es ohne Probleme möglich und sehr angenehm. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, certes une semaine, mais suffisant pour en profiter. Cette petite maisonnette était parfaite pour nous, un couple avec deux enfants. Proche de la mer et du centre ville, en vélo c'est l'idéal, avec ses pistes cyclables environ 10min. Location de vélos avec des chèques vacances sans problème. Et également proche du lac de Moutchic, plutôt en voiture pour nous. La maisonnette est tout équipée, il n'y a plus qu'à s'installer, profiter du soleil et du calme. Petite terrasse agréable le soir, rien à redire, tout était propre à notre arrivée et facile à nettoyer pour le départ. La maison est fidèle aux photos du site. À 15 minutes à pied de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants etc.. Nous étions 5 amis à partir ensemble et nous avons passé une super semaine. Je recommande vivement cette location et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner. La personne responsable des clefs sur place est accueillante et sympathique. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la forêt et la proximité des voisins ne nous a pas dérangé. Par contre, la maison est un peu éloignée de la mer si l'on s'y rend à pieds. La maison était un peu sale à notre arrivée, elle est également un peu petite (pour plus de 4 personnes), heureusement le beau temps était au rendez-vous et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### ANGELIQUE L. 11 Sept 2013 #### Très bon séjour Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Lacanau Océan, station balnéaire située en bordure de l'océan et à 5 kms du prochain lac (ce qui nous a permis de varier les baignades, notamment en fonction des marées). Tout est accessible à vélo grâce aux très nombreuses pistes aménagées à cet effet. Il est très rare d'avoir à prendre sa voiture, ce qui est fort agréable. De très nombreuses pistes cyclables (plusieurs dizaines de kms) dans la forêt également, loin des automobiles. La maisonnette est située dans une forêt de pins, avec vue sur la forêt côté terrasse sud, dans une sorte de lotissement regroupant de très nombreuses maisonnettes, à environ un kilomètre de l'océan. Elle est petite (une pièce principale faisant office de cuisine-salon-salle à manger, une mini chambre avec deux lits superposés, une mezzanine-chambre à coucher, une salle de bain), décorée de façon un peu désuette à mon goût, mais qu'importe, elle est relativement confortable, et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maisonnette est directement entourée par trois autres maisonnettes, mais nous n'avons en aucun cas souffert d'un quelconque vis à vis ou du bruit (voisins très discrets). Je recommande cette destination à des personnes avec enfants (accès direct aux pistes cyclables jusqu'aux commerces, l'océan, la forêt, le lac), aux sportifs (vélo, surf, équitation), aux personnes ayant des animaux sages (jardin clôturé mais facilement franchissable pour un chien fugueur je pense). Afin d'éviter toute mauvaise surprise (locataires précédents pas toujours très enclins aux tâches ménagères), je suggèrerais de baisser le tarif de la location tout en faisant payer un forfait ménage (le ménage serait fait par un professionnel). ##### ANGELIQUE L. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt, da es eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald gibt. Auch der Herd war neuwertig und hatte 4 Platten und eine Backofen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß ca 20-30 Minute entfernt und mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten ( es gibt einen große kostenlose Parkplatz am Meer) Das Haus befindet sich in einer Reihenhaus-Feriensiedlung etwas abseits des Trubels, was wir aber als sehr angenehm empfanden. ##### susanne m. Mauvais numéro de téléphone fournit par le propriétaire. Propriétaire injoignable en cas de problème. Ce qui fut mon cas.
