Le calme de la propriété, la piscine, la localisation. La maisonnette est agreable, fonctionnelle et globalement bien équipée. Le second petit extérieur avec les 2 fauteuils et le parasol est appreciable... La propriété -piétonne- est très bien entretenue par un gardien. Bon rapport qualité prix pour cette prestation. Il manque vraiment des voilages aux fenêtres (vis a vis et passage) ainsi que des rideaux ou stores occultants (les volets ne sont pas bien dimensionnés par rapport aux trous de fenêtres). Le frigo est à remplacer : des écarts de températures importants (embêtant pour conserver des medicaments), il glace dans le fond puis il coule car la vidange doit être bouchée et cela cause une très mauvaise odeur). Il manque un étagère dans la porte. Un bain de soleil / relax serait un plus, ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux, des couteaux d'office qui coupent et un couteau à pain. Attention la tringle du rideau en bas (rideau qui ne coulisse pas) est en train de s'arracher. Le rideau du placard du haut ne coulisse pas mieux (il faudrait des œillets en métal) . Et faire faire les ourlets. Au final ces rideaux ne servent à rien. Un mitigeur pour la baignoire et un support pour le pommeau de douche. Bref touts ces "détails" pourraient être réglés avec un budget très limité. Un aménagement direct avec la piste cyclable serait un plus pour l'accès, ainsi que mentionner dans l'annonce qu'il y a une côte assez importante même si elle est courte car pour des personnes âgées ou des familles avec enfant en bas age qui prévoient de circuler à vélo cela peut être un peu embêtant. ##### Line ### 6/10 Okay #### Christine W. 28 Jul 2022 Liked: Check-in, location #### In die Jahre gekommenes, schön gelegenes, kleines Ferienhaus Schön gelegen, aber etwas lieblos und sporadisch eingerichtet. Nous avons été déçu du logement, car nous avons du passer 2h a faire du ménage en arrivant.
