The beach is accessible on foot, separated only by landscaped areas for walking and children's play, offering a pleasant and secure setting. The environment is calm, while remaining close to amenities, with shops located approximately 400 metres away and Lacanau Lake 5 km distant. The residence's parking areas are located at the rear, away from the esplanade. Completely renovated with taste, this accommodation offers functional and comfortable spaces for a seaside holiday. The living area is fitted with a sofa, an armchair, a television, a WIFI box and a sideboard, creating a friendly space to relax after the beach. The open kitchen is perfectly equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, storage as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms. Les deux lits de 80x200 peuvent être joints facilement pour en faire un lit double. Il y a 2 couettes de 140x200 et 1 couette de 220x240, ce qui est un vrai avantage. Il y a un balcon fermé par un bais, ce qui permet de profiter de cet espace même quand il ne fait pas beau. L'orientation de l'appartement, Est (les 2 chambres) et ouest (le salon/salle à manger, permet d'assurer un courant d'air qui rafraichi l'appartement, même quand il fait chaud dehors. Il y a plusieurs rallonges multiprises, ce qui permet de recharger aisément ses appareils.
