Le rapport qualité prix assez correct. La vue face à la mer. La proximité avec la mer et les commerces. Les équipements : manque une machine à laver, un ventilateur, et surtout un store sur la terrasse, car le soleil donne sur celle-ci à partir de 16h et devient rapidement agressif. Il manque des espaces de rangement, surtout dans la chambre. La vaisselle a également été renouvelée avec des coloris tendance… Le volet roulant de la chambre a été réparé ce qui n’est pas négligeable ! Nous avons pu aussi profiter du balcon avec une table moins encombrante et un parasol. Un autre plus : un lave-linge a été installé.
