The residence has a collective swimming pool with a children's pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, a true asset to fully enjoy the beautiful days. The location is ideal for a hassle-free holiday, with the ocean about 150 metres away, shops accessible on foot at 500 metres and the lake located 5 km away, allowing you to vary pleasures between beach, water activities and nature walks in Lacanau Océan. The accommodation offers a spacious and comfortable living area with a dining space equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa, armchairs, and a television. The kitchenette area is fully fitted with a sink, an electric hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, storage cupboards, as well as the crockery and kitchen utensils necessary for a fully independent stay. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds of 90 cm, ideal for children or teenagers. La proximité du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage permet, dès que c'est possible, de garer une bonne fois pour toute la voiture.
