Très fonctionnel (bien équipé) avec ses 2 chambres, WC séparés de la SDB ( 2 vasques),sa terrasse et sa place de parking juste devant la résidence. Inconvénients: un peu vieillot, literie et oreillers très "limites",prises électriques mal situées qui fonctionnaient de temps en temps (système de va et vient avec interrupteur). Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu utiliser la place de parking car le cadenas était grippé!
