(1,463 reviews) We stayed for 2 nights with our 2.5 year old. We stayed in a room with 2 queen size beds. It was clean and quiet. We didn't take advantage of the sauna,hot tub or gym but they all looked clean and nice. We did the breakfast one morning. It's a buffet style with the usual buffet breakfast foods. 24$ per person and anyone under 5 is free. Our server was great. She filled our coffee every time she passed. Great service. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The Hilton cookie was just what we needed after our drive! (1 review) The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay. Walking to restaurants usualy meant up a very steep hill, but it wasn't far and you were close to grocery, liquor store and tons of restaurants, pubs, live music, historical buildings.
