"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"The hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb.
Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients.
The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.

"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."

The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. "Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right by the slopes, recently renovated with a cozy and modern feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. A perfect spot for a ski holiday – we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop.
