About this property

Renovated House on Fence Lake for Families, Sunset View, Boat Dock, Snomo Access

  • Our renovated, clean, lake house is for making memories with kids and grandkids. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is a den with a trundle bed. Quiet spot on largest lake on a ten chain lake with some of the cleanest water in the Northwoods. Waterskiing, tubing, fishing, bonfires, watching sunset, playing games, and getting back to connected life. This lake is the anchor of our extended family and a source of stability for our kids. We try to share this joy with our guests.
    For summer fun we provide two kayaks, scooters, tubes, fishing poles, bonfire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table / chairs on deck, and dock with bumpers and tie downs for your rental boat. Driveway space for your boat trailer and vehicles.
    In winter, we are one mile down a snow covered road from Trail 17 which goes north to Mercer and south to Minocqua. We have gas fireplaces upstairs and down. Driveway space for trailers.
    This is not a party house and we are in communication with our neighbors
