Luxury hotel in the heart of Halifax. Our room overlooked Citadel hill.Sumptuous bath robes. Short walk down a steep hill to the waterfront. Easy walk to the Public Gardens. Liquor store next door..Parking is expensive .

None of the advertised amenities were provided. when I inquired (we had NO pots or pans, the stove top was not working, there was a second unplugged fridge stored in the room, no hook, bar of place to hang towels in the bathroom), I was advised that 'housekeeping can drop off pots/pans if you wish'. But they did not drop anything off nor did they provide any of the amenities advertised nor did they address the other issues I raised. Another couple staying in another unit shared that they also were not provided with the advertised amenities.
