This house is located 5 mins drive from the Caribbean sea coast. It is spacious and airy provided by large windows, providing lots of light and fresh air, coming in from the tropical sun. Available to Guest is one (1) air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, kitchen/dining, Front Yard and Parking Space, large veranda overlooking distant panoramic views. It is Located in Huerelle Estate, 2 mins drive from the village of Laborie/St. Lucia. The house is cooled down with powerful ceiling fans in the living area and one (1) air conditioned en-suite bedroom, and also the natural Island breeze, circulating inside from large windows, bringing the beautiful outside in for extra ventilation. Guests can also use the large veranda, a perfect spot to cool off for an after noon nap taking in the fresh breeze of the Caribbean. There are plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities because of its location of short driving distances from beautiful beaches, which has everything you can wish for in a tropical setting.
This listing is not a shared space. Guest will be alone and have full access to the rooms and verandas described above.
The house and kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needs, including wifi.

NO SMOKING>
Absolutely no smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted inside this house. Guests may smoke outside in designated area (Veranda). When smoking or otherwise using tobacco or similar products outside, do not leave cigarette butts or other traces of litter or tobacco use on the ground or anywhere else. Also do not direct smoke towards open windows or open entrance doors. Traces of smoking indoors will be a violation of our Damage Policy.
DAMAGE POLICY>
(A)Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by the Landlord in his sole discretion) which may result from Guests occupancy. Guests agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty are the only exceptions. Do not move electrical appliances, furniture, fixtures etc from their original locations. Guests understands that the Property will be inspected prior to Guests check-in and upon Guests check-out. You acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Property will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or replacement value.
SECURITY/SAFETY>
(B) Always (Close and lock doors and windows) before going to bed, or leaving the house even if it's just for a short period. To prevent rain water from entering the house and access to electrical outlet , indoor paint, etc, do a quick check to make sure all windows are (closed and locked), by looking behind closed curtains. (Electrical fires caused by rain water will be considered as a damaged item. (A violation of our Damage Policy)
CAUTION: Floor tiles indoors and outdoors are slippery when wet. Host is not liable for bodily harm caused by slippage on wet tiles indoors or outdoors due to Guests negligence of the Policies above.
Do not plug personal appliances including, hair dryers, curling irons etc. without host permission.
Turn off electrical power switch for panini maker when not it use to prevent being burned.
OCCUPANCY>
No visitors allowed inside this property. Only guests please.
ENERGY SAVING>
(A)Turn off all lights, fans, AC unit, in rooms and veranda that are vacant for long periods of time, no matter if Guests is home or not and before going to bed.
PLEASE NOTE: Air Condition Unit is automated and is only available in the the bedroom, free of charge, for ten (10) hours at night. Guests may ask Host to preset a preferred time for the unit to turn on every night. Host will preset the time Guest requested only once during the booking period. Guests can also ask the host to set the unit to a preferred temperature, again only once during the booking period.The AC unit will automatically turn off ten (10) hours after the time Guests requested the unit to turn on. Make sure the bedroom door, bathroom door and all windows are closed shut before the unit comes on. If a door or window including the restroom door or window is left opened, the AC unit will automatically shutdown and will not turn on until the following night at the same time guests requested. Guests will have to then resort to using the back up ceiling fan for the duration of the night.

AMENITIES >
We only provide the basic amenities posted on our website. Guests is responsible to provide any extra amenity / amenities needed for the duration of the booking.
GARBAGE POLICY>
Tenant acknowledges that Landlord is not responsible for the disposal of Tenant’s waste, garbage or trash and that Tenant shall arrange for the regular and periodic removal of such waste, garbage or trash from the home.
Do not leave left over food or garbage for more than three days inside the house. Dispose garbage before checking out in the blue garbage container next to the palm tree at the front yard entrance.
WIFI USAGE>
For best wifi experience only twi devices per Guests is allowed. Turn off WIFI on devices that's not in use.
