Old semi-detached house "Negri", 3 storeys, from the 16th century, renovated in 2021. 5 km from the centre of Rabac, in a sunny position, in the heart of the city, 5 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Public parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 110 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner of this lovely Istrian house is well known olive oil manufacturer whose products you can buy.
