Francesco's apartment is so clean that you feel like you are the first person in the world to live here. The apartment is stylish, unique, designer, has a special atmosphere. The glasses and towels are beautiful, every little detail is perfect. The shower cabin with the skylight is especially unique, we loved it! The small balcony is also practical, good to breathe some fresh air in the morning, and the view of the narrow, Mediterranean street is very atmospheric. The location is great, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, which is easily accessible from the paid parking lot. We ended up not using the free parking, it's hard to get a spot, and instead of looking for a parking space, we spent the time eating, there are so many wonderful restaurants right next to the apartment. In summary: wonderful apartment, wonderful host, wonderful neighborhood, wonderful price! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Parksituation kann vor allem am Wochenende etwas herausfordernd sein, da die Unterkunft in einer engen Einbahnstraße liegt, die dann häufig voll geparkt ist. In der näheren Umgebung mehrere Restaurants, leider kein Lebensmittelgeschäft, gutes Frühstück kann aber dazu gebucht werden. Küche gut ausgestattet (einschl. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett..) obere Etage ist wegen der Deckenhöhe nichts für große Gäste (die Empore im Wohnraum nur Deko, weil sie bloß von Zwergen genutzt werden kann). Leider hatten wir KEINEN INTERNETZUGANG ! Der genannte hat nicht funktioniert. (unsere Freunde in der Nachbarwohnung hatten manchmal ein schwaches Signal) Auf Nachfrage hat uns Francesco freundlicherweise einen anderen genannt, der aber dann auch nicht funktioniert hat. Op deze plek ben je verzekerd van een goede locatie in Labin, een goed restaurant om de hoek en een gloednieuw appartement. Het appartement heeft een fijn bed, uitgebreide keuken, tv met netflix en een goede douche. Ook zelfs airco aanwezig in de slaapkamer en woonkamer. Het contact met Erna was zeer prettig. Leuke tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. La posizione è centralissima con in più la comodità di poter parcheggiare nei posti riservati ai locali, vicinissimo alla casa. Pulizia impeccabile. Spazi ampi e dotazione completa. Noi ci siamo stati fuori dalla stagione estiva ed il silenzio e la privacy erano totali. Eine moderne Oase mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Labin. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und war spotless clean. Empfang und Parken waren absolut easygoing. Auch die Betreuung war super, eine Unstimmigkeit hat Francesco sofort und zu unserer hundertprozentigen Zufriedenheit gelöst.
