Cottage with pool, south Ardèche, 60 m2

In the heart of the southern scrubland Ardèche, gite 60 m2 for 6 people near the village of Labeaume in a very wooded and very quiet. The cottage comprises on the ground floor a large living room of 40 m² overlooking a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 bunk beds, the other with a bed 140 and a mezzanine with 1 sofa bed. Both bedrooms have windows. The cottage is equipped to accommodate a baby (cot + mattress and high chair).
The kitchen area includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Always on the ground floor, the bathroom includes a sink, a shower and a washing machine; the toilet is separated.
The cottage is ideally located for all those wishing to discover this beautiful territory, its impressive natural sites and its many activities: Gorges de l'Ardèche, arch bridge, canoeing, caves, Cave of the Pont d'Arc, parades, canyoning, Markets, etc ... are all elements that will enhance your stay in Ardèche and leave you an unforgettable memory!

Une maison très bien située et une belle piscine. Malheureusement la maison est mal entretenue .

Une porte-fenêtre qui ne ferme plus ; une porte d'entrée en assez mauvais état ; une literie de très mauvaise qualité ; des lattes mal fixées sur la mezzanine ; des lits superposés qui sont "branlants"; un téléviseur hors d'âge. La maison serait super si elle était entretenue !

Très agréable séjour

Ce gite est très agréable, la pièce à vivre vraiment très vaste. Tout était propre et les appareils ménagers tous en parfait état de fonctionnement. La salle de bains, bien que de taille moyenne, permet de bien ranger tout le nécessaire. La literie nous a convenu, et l'escalier ne nous a pas posé problème, malgré notre age !!! Sur la petite terrasse, il est agréable de se détendre, le linge sèche à l'air. Le village de Labeaume nous a conquis, les randonnées sont agréables, très proche du gite. En plus, le vin, l'huile d'olive et le fromage de chèvre sont un plus. Nous recommandons ce gite bien placé, loin des routes, au milieu des chênes verts, à deux pas des dolmens. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Séjour trés agréable.

Nous sommes un couple et avons passé 10 jours dans ce gite trés fonctionnel, parfaitement calme. Accueillis par la gentillesse d'Alexandra qui saura vous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter. En quelques minutes et à moins de 10 kilometres vous trouverez a faire vos courses. Le gite est spacieux, lumineux, dans un ecrin de verdure éloignés du bruit des routes. Le voisinage est calme. A l'interieur vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin que vous soyez en couple seul ou avec enfants. L'accés aux chambres par des escaliers un peu raides nécessitent prudence surtout si on a des bambins. En avril la temperature encore basse a impliquer le fait de se chauffer, tout fonctionne parfaitement. La cuisine garnie de d ustensiles utiles pour cuisiner. La literie trés agréable. La salle de bain assez spacieuse permet de poser autour du lavabo beaucoup de produits ou autres ce qui est pratique. Machine à laver et étendoirs pouvant etre mis sur la petite terrasse couverte en cas de pluie. Terrasse trés agreable avec quasiment aucun vis a vis, protégée du vent et ouverte sur une piscine qui semble t il n est plus opérationnelle. Cela nous a nullement manqué mais nous ne sommes pas parvenus à faire fonctionner la télévision seul média disponible. N

Bon gîte

Environnement très agréable pour ce gîte bien aménagé. Belle région pour faire de jolies balades. Attention à la mitoyenneté de ce gîte avec 2 autres habitations (au milieu). Du coup peu de terrain disponible. Pas de toilettes à l'étage et escalier pentu (si on a de petits enfants). Bon rapport qualité/prix

Superbe gîte, bien aménagé cadre magnifique. Dommage qu'il y ait une fuite dans la piscine, car du coup l'eau était très fraiche. il serait judicieux que les prospectus mis à disposition pour visiter les environs soient récent.
