Wir haben die Vermieter versucht zu kontaktieren (nachweislich, per Mail, telefonisch und per SMS). Leider haben wir erst nach mehr als 24 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren wir bereits wieder abgereist, da wir keine Antwort mehr erwartet hatten. Vermieter versucht das Problem runterzuspielen und geht auf Wunsch nach Erstattung der Miete nicht ein.
