The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The apartment is clean, organized and has everything you need. It is close to city center where you find bars and restaurants. Front desk is so nice and helpful.. Excellent place to stay in Sevilla .

This is a unique hotel with charming interior reflective of seville’s history - there is attention to detail in every corner , and a kind and professional team that looks over this property. We enjoyed our room, the decor and ambience, the beds and sheets are very comfortable and luxurious, and the regular housekeeping and replenishment of coffee/tea/drinks in the mini bar was also greatly appreciated. The hotel also has a unique self service bar downstairs with unique design and amazing ambiance; we also appreciated the availability of snacks and drinks provided there Perhaps one thing that needs to be addressed is the smell out of the bathrooms, which we noticed as soon as we entered our room and it got progressively worse with time. We recognise this is a problem across Seville’s historic buildings, but want to point out that due to the lack of windows/ proper ventilation in the bathrooms, combined with a likely old sewage system, the smell in the room was extremely beyond unpleasant - the housekeeping staff do their best with the incense provided and when they tidy the room- but the scent in the bathroom is extremely foul to the point thay you cannot simply mask it with scents when you have a sewage problem I encourage the hotel to try and address this as it likely indicates a serious issue with the sewage system. I also encourage them to add a dehumidifier in the bathrooms. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay and we thank all the staff at the hotel

Want to leave very honest feedback, very convenient locations, walking distance to sightseeing spots, shopping , and bars. Quiet room. Improvement needed- the water boiler does not work, The WiFi only works till 21:00, do not know why. Informed the property manager that we will check in around 2:15pm in the afternoon, but there is no response from manager till our arrival, we have to wait and tried to communicate actively via phone, expedia msg, then whatapp to find the manager to get things sorted out. Eventally it is just couple of simple notes. It will be much efficient if the manager can sent the notes in advance when he/she knows our arrival time
