The B01 apartment is located at the foot of the road in the village of Boí, with an area of approx. 45 m2, is a first floor and has a capacity for 2 people.
The apartment is newly renovated with Nordic décor, distributed in a master bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed and a large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, a closet where we find the heater and washing machine. Kitchen equipped with dining area and living room with a small fireplace (the firewood is not included). It has a balcony with very good views of the mountain and the village of Boí.
The heating is electric, the floor is wooden except bathroom and kitchen. The property does not have a communal lift.
