The ground floor comprises a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (90cm), a third bedroom with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a washbasin, and a shower room with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A large 44m² living room with an open-plan, fully fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto the garden and its pleasant south-facing terrace. Upstairs, there is a fourth bedroom with a balcony and a queen-size bed (160cm), and a second bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. The property includes a fenced garden with parking for up to 3 cars. The house is located on the edge of the dunes, 150m from the beach access and 1700m from the town center. AMENITIES: Television, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, garden furniture. A fireplace is for decorative purposes only. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation for €130\.
