Toilettes séparées.À l’étage, 3 chambres avec juste la place des lits : 2 lits doubles (velux avec rideau bien occultant), 1 lit simple (dans un espace très réduit sous pente). Très bonne literie. Placard au rez de chaussée.Produits ménagers inclus, 1 sac poubelle et 1 rouleau de papier toilette.Disponible pour la plage : bodyboards pour les enfants, 1 petite chaise et 1 petit parasol, des seaux.Pour celles et ceux qui pensent faire du télétravail, pas de wifi et 4G/5G pas très stable.J’ai passé 15 jours très agréables début juillet, quartier calme, le jardin est isolé des voisins par des haies fleuries et bambous, balades le long de la plage et du lac.Skate Park à 15 min à pied, embarcadère pour l’Ile de Ré à 20 min à pied, centre village à 30 min à pied, Fun Park pour les ados à 30 min à pied. L'endroit est dans un environnement calme et de taille humaine pas de grand complexe à proximité. La maison est décorée avec soin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se servir. 2 frigos. La literie est bonne. On peut aller à pied à la plage clemenceau. Nous sommes proche du centre ville qui propose des animations presque tous les soirs. Navette gratuite près de la piscine. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2018 ### 4/10 Poor #### Maritta S. 12 Aug 2018 #### Einfachste Ausstattung, PreisLeistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Lage des Hauses gut, wie in der Beschreibung. Jedoch für 6 Personen völlig indiskutabel Aufgrund der beschränkten Begehbarkeit der Schlafräume. Es geht zu den Schlafräume eine Raumspartreppe, welche für kleinere Kinder oder ältere Personen lebensgefährlich ist. Leider steht dies nicht in der Beschreibung. Ausstattung ist zwar vorhanden, aber in einem ziemlich heruntergekommenen Zustand. Gartenstühle weiß sehr unbequem, die Liegen kurz vorm Zusammenbruch. Als nicht französich sprechender Gast hat man arge Verständigungsprobleme, da der Vermieter obwohl es angezeigt wird nicht gewillt ist auf englisch zu kommunizieren. Wir fahren häufiger nach Frankreich, hatten aber noch nie wirklich Verständigungsprobleme dieser Art. Da offensichtlich das Nachbarhaus nur zum Wochenende belegt ist hat sich dort jedes Wochenende eine größere Gruppe Jugendlicher eingefunden, die dann lautstark eine Unterhaltung geführt haben, leider auch bis zu den frühen Morgenstunden. Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr ruhig. Geschäfte und Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. ##### Maritta S. Il y avait ce qu'il fallait pour y prendre ses repas et s'y reposer. Quant à l'intérieur, c'est sans "chichi" mais pratique et bien aménagé. De plus le contact avec Mr et Mme Bègue a été très sympathique. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour. ##### Jean-François R.
