"Host Giovanni is not onsite. Instructions to enter are clear and easy. Unfortunately, replies could be improved with regard to speed. There were times when it’s almost 24 hours before you get reply. Calling this a “Cottage” is true to the fact. It’s really really small. It should be stated here: the apartment is RIGHT BESIDE THE TRAIN TRACKS! This is a major factor. The trains are nonstop: passenger trains are from 5am to 12 midnight. Freight trains are 24 hrs. The listing accepts a booking...

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
