New studio on the seafront Fabrégas, les Sablettes

Welcome to this little cocoon located in Fabrégas, 5 minutes from the beaches, the Janas forest, and the wonderful coastal path. Between the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and the lively district of Les Sablettes, enjoy a fully equipped 25m² apartment with veranda, consisting of a sleeping area for 2 people and a double sofa bed. Discover the many water activities, nature hikes, restaurants, bars, beaches and more near the quiet and peaceful residence.

The apartment is a 25m² NEW studio, completely renovated, on the first floor, consisting of a bathroom with washing machine, a dressing room, a sleeping area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, small fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, storage...), a sofa bed for 2 people, a small dining area and a veranda with outdoor furniture.

Located in a quiet residence, a small path accessible at the foot of the apartment allows you to access directly the beach of Mar Vivo, or that of Fabrégas, or the various wild Mediterranean coves... A cycle path is available at the bottom of the apartment, you will have the choice for your walks or bike rides! Small local shops are also within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes).


You will have a private parking space during your stay, very convenient for discovering the surroundings such as Sanary-sur-Mer and its most beautiful market!

The Fabrégas district was a real favorite. It is an incredible destination that allows you to vary the activities at sea, in the forest, in the city.... The Fabrégas estate, 5 minutes from the apartment, extends over an area of 55 hectares made up of a building (formerly a bourgeois residence), gardens and woods. Animals are of course welcome!
It is also an agricultural estate. The dedicated plot is intended for organic farming.
The products of the harvest are sold on site (Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm in summer and from 2 pm to 7 pm in winter and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm).PGJyPg
The Sablettes district, next to Fabrégas, is lively in season with its night market, its amusement park for children and its large white sandy beaches.
You can also go 15 minutes away by car to the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, known for its typical market voted Most Beautiful Market in France in 2018.

Being a native of La Seyne-sur-Mer, I will be happy to inform you as best as possible so that you can make the most of your stay.

As soon as you arrive, you will be able to discover a binder containing all the information you need for your stay such as walks to do in the area, restaurants and bars to discover, beaches, public transportation, but also elements concerning the apartment and how it works.

The area is very well served by public transportation such as the shuttle boat that leads to the port of Toulon, and various buses that reach the Sablettes district, the city center and port of La Seyne-sur-Mer, the city of Sanary-sur-Mer, as well as Toulon. The bus stop is located in front of the residence.
