For your work sessions, a desk with integrated sockets is available, perfect for digital nomads or students. Open-plan kitchen: modern and fully equipped (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, crockery, etc.), with a terracotta-coloured wall to give the room character. A perfect space to prepare your meals as you would at home. Dining area: a small, practical table for easy breakfasts, lunches or dinners. Shower room: clean and functional, with shower, washbasin and WC. The flat is located at La Seyne-sur-Mer, on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet building. Entrance is completely independent thanks to a secure key box, so you can arrive flexibly at any time. Parking: several free parking spaces are available in nearby streets. There is also a public car park close to the port. You'll have the flat to yourself and I'll be on hand if you need me. We'll send you messages with instructions before you arrive and contact you on the day of arrival to make sure your stay goes smoothly. Located in the Port district, this flat is at the heart of one of the most dynamic and unusual areas of La Seyne-sur-Mer. You'll be surrounded by colourful and original street art, giving the area a unique artistic identity.
