Bright & Breezy Beachside Home in Saint Martin

  • Our home is just two steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with views over Friar’s Bay and the natural pond, a haven for birdwatching and spotting endemic species. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and enjoy island life.

    The home is very spacious and feels more like a house than an apartment. It offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a wonderful bathtub under a skylight), plus two separate WCs and plenty of storage space, ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is designed for people who love to cook, with top-quality appliances, gadgets, and everything you need to prepare memorable meals at home. Guests also have a paddle board to enjoy the calm waters just a 1 minute walk away.

    We live on the island ourselves and are always happy to help with anything you might need during your stay.
