Wishing to enjoy mountain holidays in a charming and calm environment, and being close to everything, and offering great services?
Situated on the calm side of Villeneuve 1400 (Serre Chevalier), at the gates of the Ecrins National Park, with a wonderful view on the mountains, we propose our charming apartment on ground floor, with sunny 85m2 garden and terrace, well studied and bright, great to welcome 4 persons and spend a wonderful holiday in an exceptional landscape.

For your comfort, the beds are made for your arrival, we put at your disposal the linen and towels, and we take care of the cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding kitchen/dishes).
Equipped with parquet in whole rooms. Entrance with cupboards and ski boots dryer in winter, 2 small bedrooms, one with bunk beds (2 beds of 90*190cm - high bed does not suit to children under 6 years old -, 2 duvets 140*200cm and pillows) and cupboard, the other one with one double bed (160*200cm, 1 duvet 220*240cm et pillows) and cupboard, new fully equipped US kitchen, living room, a separated toilet, a shower room with cupboards, and a ski locker.
Comfortable beddings, TV in each bedroom and living room, dishwasher, 3 induction hotplates, combined microwave, combined fridge/freezer, Nespresso & Dolce Gusto machines (capsules not provided), toaster, raclette grill, fondue/raclette device. There is also a washing machine and a clotheshorse.
In the summer, we put at your disposal a table and deckchairs on the terrace.
For your comfort, we can also propose you for rent: - a closed garage to put your car, stroller, bicycles, ... (50€/week) We invite you to contact us directly for reservation to add this option.
Our apartment is well situated, all the amenities are available by foot: - 150m from old village (bakery, restaurants, bars ) - 300m from commercial center "Pré-Long", 5 minutes walk, (minimarket, bakery, doctors, pharmacy, sport shops, bars, restaurants, tourism office, guides office, rental equipment, cinema ...) - 500m from ski and mountain bikes slopes (free shuttle during winter holidays IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE, or less than 10 minutes walk even with ski boots), ESF meeting point, piou-piou club ... on one side, and from swimming pool, skating rink, leisure center, lake, tree top adventure ... on the other side.

We chose the accommodation for our Christmas ski trip and honestly it was more than we could expect! The property has the best view of the village and the slopes. It is very well equipped with everything you may need and the hosts are very helpful. It truly feels like home!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour très bien agencé, bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le logement est propre. Le jardiné est très agréable avec l'exposition plein sud. Le bus est à côté pour descendre en ville et au différentes pistes de ski.
Nous avons passé un super séjour à la montagne ! L'appartement est très bien situé, les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds et le jardin offre une vue sublime sur les montagnes.
