This newly renovated apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a very large wardrobe and a TV, a bathroom, and a toilet. The residence features a shared heated swimming pool open from May to September. Amenities include: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, elevator, private parking space, and a shared laundry room open annually from March 16th to November 14th. Tourist tax and booking fees are extra.
