If you have more than 4 guests, there will be $15 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 6 guests at any time 8\. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide the names of ALL DRIVERS, so you can get through security. 11\. Smoking is not permitted on the property. This is a non-smoking, non vaping house. Smoking will result in a fine as well as cost to remove the smell. HOA Rules & Fines Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert.
