Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was perfect for our family gathering. It looks newly updated and is decorated with clean, classic, comfortable and well-planned furnishings. It is stocked with everything you may need. We attended a wedding, entertained extended family, played tennis and relaxed by the pool! And managed to eat at two great restaurants in Palm Desert (Porta Via, Grapefruit Basil). The property manager was extremely kind and accommodated our Mother's Day schedule on departure day as well. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an exceptional villa, well-located close to resort facilities, nicely updated with two walk-in showers. We have already booked for next year! The property management people were responsive, friendly and professional in every way.Small negatives:the mattress of bed in downstairs bedroom (we used as master) is a little "tired" and we expect the owners will replace; also the steep stone staircase to upper floor would be less scary if carpeted. Other than this, the unit was perfect.

Perfectly located close to La Quinta Resort. Could have been improved by a new firmer mattress in lower level bedroom. Icing on the cake would be to allow Hilton points to be earned. Already booked for next year!
