The space
Spread across a thoughtfully laid-out home, the space comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An 80` Smart TV anchors the living room, paired with a plush sectional and a pool table for casual evenings in. Sling TV, Frontier high-speed WiFi, and an Ethernet connection keep everyone connected, while a dedicated workspace ensures those balancing work and travel have everything they need.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a 55` Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king bed and a 65` Smart TV. The third bedroom is fitted with two full beds and a 50` Smart TV - a strong choice for families or groups needing flexible sleeping options.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for everyday cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and a full suite of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table seats four, making it easy to start the day with a relaxed breakfast before heading out.

Outdoor living
The backyard is where this home truly comes into its own. A private pool and hot tub sit alongside a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and a covered California room with outdoor dining and seating. Palm Desert and El Paseo are a short drive away, with Palm Springs and the regional airport reachable within 30-40 minutes.

A few things to note
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra charge when possible. Cleaning is provided after departure; mid-stay service is available for an additional fee. Pool heat is available at $50/day (heated to 88°) - the hot tub is included at no charge. Please use a personal Bluetooth speaker and respect HOA noise limits. We are unable to guarantee receipt of packages shipped to the property. Pet policy: no cats; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs under 25 lbs may be approved for an additional fee.
